Dairy Management Inc.
Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) is working to ensure the success of the dairy industry by building demand for all of its products. It serves as the parent of the American Dairy Association, National Dairy Council and US Dairy Export Council. As the sports marketing agency for Dairy Management, Inc., Team Services negotiates and activates DMI’s sponsorship with the NFL, negotiates all local NFL Club sponsorships on behalf of the local state and regional promotional dairy associations, and manages all NFL player-related endorsements on behalf of the National Dairy Council. PNC Financial Services Group
The PNC Financial Services Group is a highly diversified and growing financial services organization spanning the retail, business and corporate markets. The company’s regional banking franchise operates primarily in eight states and the District of Columbia.

In working with PNC, Team Services leads the effort to identify strategic opportunities and develop a comprehensive sponsorship plan for the bank’s Mid-Atlantic expansion. Team Services has addressed PNC’s strategic needs with a multi-layered approach by targeting sports, arts, cultural and historical sponsorship opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. As the company’s agency of record in this area, Team Services seeks out, evaluates, conducts valuation/ impression analysis, negotiates and provides guidance regarding the activation of these sponsorship engagements. Burger King
Burger King –the world’s #2 fast food chain– has more than 11,400 restaurants located in every state and nearly sixty countries worldwide. Team Services’ principals worked with Burger King to develop comprehensive promotional programs and negotiated licensing and sponsorship rights. In addition to negotiating such benefits, Team Services also created a prominent position for Burger King within NCAA football and provided direct access to prominent athletes and coaches in all sports. Team Services managed a multi-driver NASCAR program, including a major endorsement by the late Dale Earnhardt.

Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Cruise Line is a highly regarded and well established cruise line, specializing in theme trips. One of the highlights of Team Services’ work for Norwegian Cruise Line is Sports Afloat, a series of eight, one-week themed promotional cruises (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Olympics). Team Services procured celebrity athletes who signed autographs, gave speeches, attended banquets and participated in onboard games. We also designed logos and marketing materials, developed cruise itineraries and activities, and managed and sold merchandise onboard.

Equity Office Properties
Equity Office Properties is the largest landowner and manager of commercial office buildings in the country, serving more than 750 facilities representing in excess of 125 million square feet in suburban and downtown settings in 34 of the nation’s major metropolitan areas.

Equity came to Team Services for help in developing and coordinating corporate hospitality programs, incentive programs and customer relationship activities for Super Bowls XXVII through XXXIV (1994-2000).

Team Services also coordinated corporate hospitality for other premier events on Equity’s behalf including Masters Golf, U.S. Open Golf and celebrity speaking appearances.
